Work Location: Chongqing, China

Global Delivery is a worldwide team with resources in the US, Europe, LATAM and India and is seeking a Consultant with strong Data Center consulting experience. The Consultant should be passionate about Microsoft and interested in building and managing their own consulting team centered on security over a period of time and should support the global Account Unit strategy.

Candidate expected to have:

-Solid understanding of standard client/server, networking, and Internet fundamentals.
-Experience on Multi-domain Active Directory environment
-Experience Microsoft Cloud using Hyper-V and System Center 2012 Suite
-Good background in systems integration and datacenter services.
-Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Client and Server
-A Good knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft System Center 2007/2012 Configuration Manager (SCCM), System Center 2007/2012 Operations Manager (SCOM), System Center Service Manager (SCSM), System Center Orchestrator (SCO), System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM), and PowerShell scripting with experience in managing medium to large environments
-Current and deep experience with Configuration Manager - System Build, Deployment, Governance
-Experience in SCCM for enterprise deployment, patch and update management
-Experience with highly Available solutions
-Knowledge of SQL configuration and clustering
-Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management
-System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience
-Deploying updates with System Center Operations Manager
-Creating custom monitors/rules for monitoring specific applications.
-Managing email alert subscriptions using SCOM groups and email distributions lists.
-Reporting with System Center Operations Manager
-Identifying root cause of alerts and resolving issues
-Analyzing performance data for trending and growth purposes
-Creating custom Reporting Services reports against the SCOM Data Warehouse.
-SCOM Management Pack tuning
-Working knowledge of Power Shell scripting and automation is a strong Plus
-Assessment of customer’s environment prior to migration.
-Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
-Experience in troubleshooting issues both at the client and server side.
-Work with onsite coordinator to resolve L1 & L2 issues
-Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
-The ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward.
-Develop procedural documentation, effective presentations
-The Consultant must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization
-Would be required to work in multiple shifts that includes night shifts

Technology Requirements:

-A bachelor’s degree or BE, B.Tech or Equivalent experience.
-Have one or more of the following certifications; MCSE, MCSA, MCITP on Latest versions
-Must have a proven record of delivering technical solutions
-Minimum 7 years of experience in planning, sizing and deployment of the following cutting Edge technologies, Active Directory, System Center 2012 Configuration Manager (SCCM), System Center 2012 Operations Manager (SCOM), System Center Service Manager (SCSM), System Center Orchestrator (SCO), System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM), and PowerShell scripting.
-Highly proficient & solid Customer facing Project experience involving technical consulting, and deployment in one or more of the areas mentioned above
-Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or beyond
-Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Deployment Services (WDS) & experience with automated deployment methodologies (e.g., Lite-touch, Zero Touch) and application packaging / distribution
-Knowledge of MS security (Patch Management) /WSUS
-Experience on Hyper-V
-Experience on MDOP Components
-Good to have working experience on Scripting/Powershell
