？ 对客户资料进行整理归档和管理；
？ 按照公司制度接待和处理售后相关事务；
？ 遵守公司的管理制度，服从上级的领导和监督。

？ 品貌端正，形象气质佳，普通话标准、流利；
？ 两年以上售后服务经理岗位经验,工作积极，认真负责.
