岗位职责：
1、接受上级的培训和管理；
2、使用规范的、标准的语言开展话务工作，在毎次上机前要有充足的思想准备；
3、要做好记录，做好客户分析，及时传递信息；
4、对主叫电话，按照培训要求进行工作；
5、对所分配客户进行电话信息采集及咨询；
6、认真倾听客户的意见，善于理解客户的问题，及时反馈信息；


任职资格：
1、热爱话务工作；
2、普通话标准 声音甜美；
3、口齿清楚流利、思维敏捷；
4、较强的应变能力、有呼叫中心话务工作经验者优先。


试用期底薪为2500，转正3000+提成，试用期为一个月
本岗位工作时间为正常行政班，每周调休一天，排班制
9:00—12:00 13:30—18:00
工作地点为：渝中区解放碑赛格尔大厦（轻轨解放碑临江门站旁 ）
