职位描述
Main Duties, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Work closely with operation department to identify training needs and implement training activities.
Implement and deliver training initiatives to improve team effectiveness as well as skill level.
Perform training audit to evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous enhancement on training activities/projects.
Responsible for the all training program management and reporting to ensure program enhancement and effectiveness;
Any other training-related duties as assigned
Competencies:
University degree or above;
3+ years of solid working experience; at least +1 year call center management/training working experience is preferred.
Good command of OS (Windows, iOS, Mac OS);
Fluent in English, especially in reading and writing
Well presentation skill; fluent Mandarin is a must, native Cantonese is preferable;
With well sense of customer service, well communication and interpersonal skills, hardworking and self-motivated;
Good team work ability as well .
