1. 岗位职责 Main Responsibilities:

1) 参与生产过程的定义和设备及工装选型
Participate in the definition of production process and the selection of equipment &fixture.
2) 编制工厂ME负责的设备及工装技术规范，确保符合HSE要求，同时跟踪设备及工装进度。
Write equipment &fixture specification, which is in line with HSE requirement. And also follow up new equipment & tool status.
3) 负责新项目在工厂投产前，ME相关准备工作 (设备及模具安装及调试、技术文件、节拍生产、批量试生产)
Lead ME activities after equipment &tool transfer to plant (equipment &tool setup and tuning / technical documents / production trial / MPT).
4) 负责新项目在工厂投产前，PD相关准备工作 (制造BOM、SAP产品录入、产品问题分析及方案)
Lead PD activities after sample building moves to plant (MBOM / SAP product tree/ product issue analysis and solution).
5) 量产后项目
Series program
6) 制定和控制本部门的预算，负责工厂非项目固定资产的投资的预算、申请及控制工作
Build and control PE department budget and plant CAPEX
7) 管理工厂的产品数据，对产品工程变更的工程部分负责
Manage product data (MBOM / SAP product tree / product spec / 2d &3d data...), responsible for product engineering change
8) 主导或支持相关的持续改进工作，对PD&ME负责的文件进行更新，包括(不仅限于)：MBOM / PFMEA / Layout …
Lead or support related continuous improvement, update PD &ME related documents, including MBOM / PFMEA / Layout …
9) 产品VAVE /直接员工效率 /质量/设备综合利用率 /HSE / 人机工程
Product VAVE /DLE /Quality /TRS /Space /HSE / Ergonomics
10) 承担公司相关FES文件以及TS1694标准要求的管理责任，确保FES文件的有效运行，并不断在部门内完善FES文件中的相关程序及其应用。
Responsible for the FES documents and TS1694 standard related management, ensure the effective operating of the FES documents, and constantly perfect the FES relevant procedures and applications
11) 负责挑选、培养员工，帮助其发挥优势，确保业绩评估（OAR）和接替计划的有效实施。
Responsible for selecting, training and help them play advantage, ensure performance evaluation (OAR) and Succession plan been effective implementation.
12) 直属经理交给的其他临时任务
Other assignment from line manager

2. 工作经验要求 Work experienced request:

1) 从事生产制造或技术开发等相关工作5年以上，同时具备产品开发的工作经验。
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering and one in Product Development.
2) 胜任能力：对质量关注，革新创造力，分析问题和做决策，与他人合作的能力，工作知识，主观能动性，计划和组织能力，至少两门语言（英语必须），书面交流，口头交流，可靠性，委派和控制。
Ability: Quality conception, creativity, decision-making, teamwork, specialist knowledge, activity, ability of organization, Minimum bi-lingual (English required), strong written and oral communication skill, team spirit.
3) 个人管理技能：具备周密计划，沟通技能；时间管理技能；团队协作，解决冲突技能；承受高强度压力技能。
Plan, communication, timing management, cooperation, management of conflict, working under high pressure.

3. 专业技能 Professional knowledge /Skills:

1) 熟练使用常用的办公软件 Be familiar with the Microsoft software. I.e. visio, project, word, excel, otherwise AutoCAD, etc.
2) 熟悉TS16949标准，了解ISO14000和OHSAS18001标准 Be familiar with TS16949，and know ISO14000&OHSAS18001
