主要工作职责及任务Main Responsibilities & Tasks

1. 质量体系管理Quality System Management
1) 按CCC/TS16949/FES建立文件化质量体系并持续改进 Set up the quality system procedures and dynamically update according to CCC/TS16949/FES
2) 获取CCC/TS16949/FCP的最新版本和最新动态 To get the latest edition and dynamic for CCC/TS16949/FCP at Faurecia Group
3) 关注产品安全法规，推动质量体系效率 Concern the S/R for product, and promote the implement of quality system efficiency

2. 质量评审管理 Quality Audit Management
1) 组织和监控内部质量评审，执行并跟踪纠正预防措施计划 Organizes and monitors quality internal audit and other relevant management audit concerned ,Implement and follow up corrective and preventive action plan
2) 协助质量经理开展管理评审 Assist to quality manager to realize the management review

3. 内饰生产质量管理 product quality management
1) 参与现场QRQC,　会同UAP经理及质量经理定义生产质量绩效 Participant workshop QRQC meeting, define line quality performance indicators with UAP manager and Quality manager
2) 现场质量问题，特别是客户抱怨的处理，采取围堵措施，通知支持功能，建立改正行动计划(8D等)并跟踪其有效性．Deal with line quality problems, especially customer complaint. Take containment actions, inform support functions, build corrective action plans（8D report, etc…）and follow the efficiency.
3) 首件/终检/控制计划/标准化作业指导等相关文件的审核和签字确认以及定期回顾 ALL of OK first parts/final inspection/control plan/standard work instruction file validation and review periodical.
4) 处理不合格品（红箱子），生产会上主导生产不良的讨论 Deal with non-conforming parts (red bins), master the production non-conforming discussion on production meeting.
5) 生产发生批量不良时，停线申请的发出 Release Stop Line Application when serial non-conformity happens
6) 质量警告的发出及措施跟踪 Quality alert launch and action track
7) Poka-Yoke工位数据收集、进行分析确认和能力计算 Collect/analyse/validate the premeter data of Poka-Yoke, and calculate the process capability
8) 装配生产线过程审核(S/R & QRQC & CP) Production line process audit(S/R & QRQC & CP ).
9) 终检员培训和关键工位认可，支持生产主管实施质量改善行动．Train final inspectors and validate key workstation, support supervisor to take quality improment action.

4. 人员管理 People Management
管理UAP质量团队的工作Management of UAP quality team

5. 附加和其它工作任务 Other and Specific Missions
1) 遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2) 保证和直属经理的透明和及时沟通 Ensure transparent timely communication with Line Manager
3) 部门内其他员工不在时，顶岗 Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
4) 直属经理交给的其他临时工作 Others temporary job given by Line Manager

技能和知识 Skills & Knowhow
1. 2年以上汽车制造行业工作经验；1年以上制造行业检验或现场管理工作经验 At least 2 years working experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industrial and at least 1 year in Quality Inspection or Shopfloor Management
2. 质量管理理论和方法 Quality management theory and method
3. 程序文件的编写方法 Creation method for procedure document
4. 改进工具(8D/QRQC)的理论和方法 The theory and method of quality improve tools (8D/QRQC)
5. 质量工具(PFEMA/APQP/SPC/MSA)的理论和方法 the theory and method of quality tools (PFMEA/APQP/SPC/MSA/)
6. 国家及地方质量环境安全健康法规政策 Country and local regulation for quality/HSE
7. 生产质量7个基本要素 7 Production Quality basics
8. 产品审核能力 Product Audit capability
9. Excel、Abode Reader、Word等办公软件 Excel、Abode Reader、Word etc. office software
10. Bachelor degree above with engineering background
