主要工作职责及任务Main Responsibilities & Tasks

1. FES知识推广 Popularize FES knowledge
1) 理解并掌握FES标准及相关知识，并通过培训和辅导等方式确保其被使用 Understand and master the standard of FES, and ensure it will be used through coaching and training.
2) 与区域FES高级专员保持沟通，确保及时了解FES知识和集团的同步性 Communication with FES Senior Specialist timely, ensure the FES Knowledge based on Group Standard.

2. QSE
1)制定年度、月度改进计划并跟踪 Create annual/monthly QSE action planning and follow up
2)每日现场QSE评审及改进跟踪 QSE Routine/QSE daily audit/Correction
3)QSE现场人员培训和辅导 QSE Training/Coaching for site people
4)QSE文件标准（首件、终检、PKY、返工） QSE Document(OK 1st part/FI/PYK/Rework under Control)
5)POKA-YOKE的规划标准管理 Poka-Yoke workstation visible-management
6)现场7B应用的技术支持和标准辅导 7QB Adoption support by technology and Standard Coaching
7)量产项目的QSE&SR审核QSE& S/R audit for the Project in SOP

3. EE
1)跟踪及推动任务转移的实现 Follow and push the achievement of Task Transfer
2)跟踪及推动主管和班长日工作表 Follow and push Daily Routine Management of Supervisor and Gap Leader
3)推动可视化标准遵守及5S管理Keep visual standard and 5S Management
4)跟踪及推动现场多岗位发展Deploy Shopfloor Polyvalence
5)跟踪GAP信息展示Gap Visual Bard Management
6)TOP5跟踪Follow Top5 process
7)推动班长和主管参与绩效改善To push Gap Leaders and Supervisors are concerned with performance improvement
8)每日现场EE评审及GAP SCORE Daily EE Audit and GAP SCORE

1)遵守健康安全环境规定Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
