The Project is a waste incineration plant located in Daxing District in the south of Beijing. The Plant is co-financed under the framework of Sino-German financial cooperation, with a total investment of over 800 million CNY.

Poyry is the consultant for this project in consortium with a Chinese partner. Poyry’s reponsiblities include technical consulting, engineering design and site management.

The plant consists of a 2 line Waste-to-Energy plant with a daily capacity of 1000 tons and includes a steam turbine, an ACC and various auxiliary systems.

Key Responsibilities

? Coordination of commissioning program and schedule with M+E contractor Pre-commissioning inspection of installed equipment 与机电承包商协调调试程序和进度，安装设备的预调试检查
? Supervision of internal cleaning, flushing, steam blowing etc. 监督内部清洁、冲洗和蒸汽吹管等
? Coordination and approval of provisional installations, for example for pipe cleaning 协调和确认临时装置，如用于管道清洗
? Supervision of commissioning of mechanical equipment and piping 监督机务设备和管道的调试
? Supervision of testing of safety devices 监督安全装置的检验
? Acceptance/verification of commissioning protocols of mechanical equipment and piping 机务设备和管道的调试协议的验收/验证
? Verification of O+M manuals, checking of completeness 确认运行维护手册，检查完整性
? Follow-up of commissioning schedule 跟踪调试进度
? Verification that necessary permits have been obtained by the general contractor 确认总承包商得到了必要的许可证
? Coordination of necessary supplies of consumables 协调消耗品的供货
? Coordination of testing program for guarantee tests 协调性能试验的试验过程
? Checking of test reports 检查试验报告
? Organisation of regular commissioning meetings with contractor and operator if necessary 如果有必要，组织与承包商和运营商的调试例会

Qualifications
资格要求
? The supervisor for mechanical commissioning should have > 3 years of experience in this field, 机务调试监理应该有>3年相关的经验
? Related major, college degree or above大专以上相关专业毕业
? Must be familiar with Chinese procedures 必须熟悉中国的规程
? Should have a background from the power industry, chemical industry, ship building or similar. 有电力、化工、船舶建造或相似的背景
? Must be capable of working with modern office technologies efficiently. 能够高效地使用现代化办公技术工作
? Cooperative, team-oriented working attitude. Must be used to working international teams 合作能力，有团队精神，能够与国际团队工作
? Language Skills: Chinese + English, both fluent in speaking, understanding and writing. 语音能力：中文+英文，听说读写流利。
