The Project is a waste incineration plant located in Daxing District in the south of Beijing. The Plant is co-financed under the framework of Sino-German financial cooperation, with a total investment of over 800 million CNY.

Poyry is the consultant for this project in consortium with a Chinese partner. Poyry’s reponsiblities include technical consulting, engineering design and site management.

The plant consists of a 2 line Waste-to-Energy plant with a daily capacity of 1000 tons and includes a steam turbine, an ACC and various auxiliary systems.

Key Responsibilities
? Coordination of piping installation of in particular at interface to other installation works such as civil 协调管道的安装，特别是与其他安装工作的接口，如土建
? Coordination of use of pre-fabrication zones and laydown areas 协调预制和堆放区域的使用
? Inspection of delivered goods / supervision of unloading 检查交付的货物/监督卸车
? Supervision of compliance with design documents regarding piping 监督与管道设计文件的一致性
? Supervision of installation quality 监督安装质量
? Supervision of correct application of relevant technical regulations and standards 监督相关技术规定和标准的正确应用
? Reporting/Follow-up of defects, failures and deviations, Input into List of Open Points , which is kept by the site manager 报告/跟踪缺陷、错误和偏差，记入现场经理保存的未完成项列表
? Follow-up of piping installation schedule 跟踪安装进度
? Management of/defence against claims/obstruction notices by contractors 管理索赔的防范和承包商的障碍通知
? Reporting to Site Manager 向现场经理汇报
? Coordination of measurements and verification procedures for piping 协调管道的测量和检验程序
? Coordination of leak testing and welding inspections, in particular X-rax testing 协调泄漏试验和焊接检查，特别是X射线试验
? Follow-up of documentation / certificates etc. including changes/updates 跟踪文件/证书等，包括变更/升版
? Preparation of “take-over packages” (documentation for end-of-installation inspection) 准备“移交包”（安装检查的最终文件）
? Site presence 5 days per week at least 在现场工作至少每周5天
? Participation in site meetings as requested by the site manager 按现场经理的要求参加现场会
Qualifications
? Preferably a Mechanical Engineer with > 5 years of piping, fitting and insulation installation experience and putting it into service, must be familiar with Chinese procedures/regulations. 机务工程师具有>5年的管道、管件和保温的安装和投运经验。必须熟悉中国的规程规定
? Should have a background from the power industry, chemical industry, ship building or similar. 有电力、化工、船舶建造或相似的背景
? Related major, college degree or above大专以上相关专业毕业
? Must be capable of working with modern office technologies efficiently. 能够高效地使用现代化办公技术工作
? Cooperative, team-oriented working attitude. Must be used to working international teams 合作能力，有团队精神，能够与国际团队工作
? Language Skills: Chinese + English, both fluent in speaking, understanding and writing. 语音能力：中文+英文，听说读写流利。
