Job Description-Concentrix China C&B Manager


Report to: China HR Head

Roles & Responsibilities:
？ Compensation & Benefits Management

? Be responsible for the review and update of the HR policies including but not limited to Employee Handbook, Employee Benefits Handbook, C&B Guidelines, Reward & Recognition Policy, Relocation Policy etc. ; Monitor and ensure the Concentrix China HR policy and practices compliant to national and local legislations;
? In alignment with the guideline, manage and facilitate all C&B related programs such as market study, internal analysis, salary review mechanism, incentives schemes and process.
? Continually evaluate and review existing benefit programs and conduct annual benefits plan renewals.;
? Be responsible for vendor management including HR agency, supplementary medical insurance etc. ; Provide expertise support to HR partner and operation leadership team.
? Oversee payroll administration
？ HR Operation Management
? Oversee the overall HR operations including On-boarding, Exit, Visa Support, HC database management etc.); drive constant process improvement and productivity increase;

Qualifications
? Relevant experience working in a fast paced customer service environment
? 5 years minimum of experience in HR generalist role, including 3 years focusing on compensation & benefits design/implementation area at a MNC
? Solid organizational and follow-up skills, capable of multi-tasks
? Excellent communication skills, experienced at leading team, fluent English
? Proactive problem solving skills – resourceful, make independent and accountable decisions
