Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the China sales and CSR teams in developing account plans, opportunity, and pipeline management, revenue and design win forecasting, in-line with each of the overall market segment strategies to achieve sales and profit targets for China market.

- Responsible for all China revenue. Build up FLASH and Analog revenue in China.

- Maintain close and regular communication among sales team and marketing team in China and HQ by providing regular input on local needs and trends.

- Manage sales channels to grow the business in each region. Manage Distributors, OEM customers and EMS customers.

- Manage Key Accounts, grow ISSI focus vertical market segments (Automotive, IMM, Telecom and consumer).

- Manage the day to day communication activities with the specified accounts, track and ensure follow up on outstanding issues, using a diplomatic, professional and service oriented approach, including face-to-face meetings.

- Create a long term organizational plan to support growing business in China.

- Prepare yearly plan and budget and quarterly plan and forecast.

- Negotiate contract pricing and business with key customers for quarterly revenue.

- Manage ‘transfer business’ from US, Europe and Japan coming to China.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum of BSEE from US College or University. MBA is preferred.

- Minimum 15 years experience in the Semiconductor industry.

- Minimum 5 years working experience in China

- A strategic mind to grow revenue in our focus vertical segments.

- A good communicator and presenter.

- Able to manage staff of various levels and teams remotely.

- Able to travel domestic and international.

- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

- Based in Shanghai
