Accountabilities & Responsibilities/职责描述:

1. Set up employee files and information, manage employee database in HRMS to ensure the accuracy;

建立员工档案，负责HRMS系统的数据维护，确保数据的准确性；

2. Attendance management, including attendance system operation and maintenance, door entrance authority, monthly attendance report, etc.;

考勤管理，包括考勤系统的操作与维护，制作门禁卡，每月考勤报表等；

3. Responsible for employee social insurance, housing fund, make sure they are handled in compliance with the law and corporate rules;

负责员工社保和公积金，并根据国家法律和公司规定予以办理；

4. Work with external service vender to sure the professional service, and ensure monthly expense (incl. personal agent expense, social insurance expense, housing fund expense of region, etc.) accuracy;

管理外部人事服务机构，以确保其服务质量，并核算每月人事代理费用，保证费用的准确性；

5. In charge of Employment Permit and Residence Permit for foreigners and Labor Inspection;

负责劳动年审及外国人就业证、居留证的办理；

6. Other payroll related.

其他工资相关工作；

7. To assist in HR-related programs & activities whenever necessary.

必要时为人力资源相关项目及活动提供协助。

Job Requirements/职位要求:

1. Bachelor in human resource management, statistics, etc.;

本科以上学历，人力资源管理，统计学等相关专业；

2. With 1+ years working experiences on C&B field should be preferred，welcome excellent fresh graduates;

拥有1年以上经验薪酬福利领域相关经验优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可；

3. Familiar with the labor law and relevant regulation;

熟悉劳动法以及相关法律法规；

4. Excellent Computer Skill in EXCEL and familiar with HRMS;

熟练操作Excel 及 HRMS系统；

5. Strong ability of data processing;

数据处理能力强；

6 Strong sense of responsibilities, integrity, team player, self-motivation, detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills and with good service attitude;

责任心强，诚实可靠，团队合作精神，自我激励，注重细节，人际交往及沟通能力强，有良好的服务意识；

7 Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under the pressure;

能同时处理多项工作并能承受压力；

8 Good command of English

英语读写能力强。

Nice to have:

1. CET 6 or above;

大学英语六级以上水平

2. Fluent in oral English;
