Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or related is preferred;

2. At least 5 years of sourcing experience in a foreign company, thereof at least 2 to 3 years in the position of sourcing department manager.

3. Good experience in hardware supplier market and in depth knowledge and understanding of relevant products

with a strong sense of major components and industrial market trend.

4. Confident to communicate with all levels/ different cultural backgrounds.

5. Good knowledge in project management and have strong sense and good control in regards of project timing.

6. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

7. Good experience in dealing with suppliers and excellent negotiation skills.

9. Good command of both written and spoken English.

10. Good skill in staff management and able to provide required reports coming from different requirements.

Responsibilities:

The owner of the position is responsible for:

1. Development and execution of Sourcing Strategies.

2. Efficient execution of customer inquiries.

3. Efficient execution of sourcing projects.

4. Together with related departments release and develop vendors.

5. Meeting the related legislation and internal company processes and regulations.

6. Lead the Sourcing department employees and make sure that they have the knowledge and ability to execute their tasks.

7. Efficient reporting and documentation.
