Role Summary/Purpose

Position Summary
Be in charge of function test and support localization test of converter and related products manufactured by Power conversion Shanghai
主要负责公司中压、低压变频器及相关产品的系统测试，支持本地化测试

Essential Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Commissioning & executing tests for Power conversion products following quality regulation and technical standard
根据公司质量、技术标准，执行相关产品的测试
2. Ensure the company policy and EHS regulation has been strict complied in daily work
日常工作中严格遵守公司的规章制度以及安全规程
3. Support test technicians and assistant test engineers to finish the routine test
帮助测试技术员，助理测试工程师完成失效分析及问题解决
4. Continuously improvement in productivity of testing, in order to increase the yield of production
实验效率的持续改进，以提升产出率
5. To do the supporting test in engineering phase
协助技术部的首样试验等
6. To accomplish the other duties assigned by management
完成管理层授予的其他职责

Qualifications/Requirements

Education
Bachelor degree, major in industry electrical in university
本科学历，工业电气类相关专业
Experience
More than 3 year experience in converter testing or a similar position
3年以上变频器测试或类似工作岗位经验
Knowledge/Skills
1. Good team work spirit
良好的团队协作精神
2. Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
3. Good English ability both in written and oral
良好的书面/口头英语能力
4. Highly self-motivated, to be work without supervision
