Essential Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:
• Process development for screening, SPI,glue, pick & place, reflow and AOI,
• Standardization, line balance and visual management study for SMT lines.
• Involve in NPI and DFM review to improve manufacturability of new codes.
• Continuously improve first past yield and analyze / resolve daily product fall out related with SMT process.
• Train technicians / junior engineer to develop team expertise and build pipelines.
• Generate WI and train production line to implement, monitor the effectiveness of implementation.
• Issue & Revise PFMEA / Control Plan
• Rich experiences to solve quality issues and complaints from customer
• Participate in customer audit and provide the solution for audit issues

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification/Requirements:
• With college or bachelor degree in Engineering or related field;
• With at least 5 years experiences in SMT process position.
• Familiar with AUTOCAD and Fuji Flexa software
• Strong teamwork, communication skills and logical sense.
• Process Expertise with screening, SPI, glue, pick & Place, reflow and AOI stations are necessary. Be familiar with IPC standard.
• Experience on Fuji SMT machine is preferred.
• Experience on lean manufacturing and 6 sigma, get GB certification is better
• Have cost saving concept
• Fluent English in written and speaking.
