职位描述
Purpose of the position
Take ownership, lead and manage assigned implementation projects of new awarded customer business or the extension of business from award stage till business go-live, stabilization and project closing with the scope including air / ocean / logistics / supply chain management
To ensure that customer needs and expectations are met throughout implementation and service level achieved
Define solution to ensure that additional operational workload is as low as possible
To act as a facilitator for the review of existing accounts and operational processes in order to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and business optimization
Support the Country Head of Tender Management and Business Implementation in implementing and re-engineering larger, more complex account business
Lead and coordinate re-engineering projects to improve the performance and quality for a specific customer business from analyze stage, solution finding, realization, go-live and project closing
In liaison with the Sales representatives support on the solution design, work out implementation planning and attend customer meetings during pre-award stage
Key Tasks
Liaise with the Panalpina Sales representatives and customer to confirm expectations, timelines and ownership based on the requirement assessment and what was agreed upon during pre-award stage
Initiate and coordinate the implementation for assigned projects through the initiation, design, test (trial shipments), go live production, up to the point the project goals achieved and performance is stable
Adherence of Panalpina implementation methodology PanConcept and related tools and documents
Develop detailed implementation plans and task list based on the awarded business, contract details and services sold.
Ownership to deliver the assigned projects within the defined timeline, quality and costs
Design the solution, create flow charges including cargo and information flow and showing the different process stakeholders roles and responsibility
Fulfill customer requirements but keep additional operational workload as low as possible
Guarantee the establishment of SOP’s with the required quality and ensure that Panalpina’s offices/agents understand the specific customer requirements/expectations and follow-up accordingly
Identify and support the development of metrics/measurement tools according to the customer’s requirements
Ensure that business impacts of project are properly managed and communicated within the account and product stakeholders.
Support post-go live operations as required by the customer or Panalpina until project closing and handover
Provide a handover and closing report at the end of each business implementation project detailing what worked well and what did not. The report will contain recommendations for future improvements in the overall process
Assist CAPCO with defining systems requirements and coordinate systems integration between the customer and Panalpina if required.
Initiate and coordinate customer application training for operational units
Review and analyze procedures of selected existing accounts to identify and recommend opportunities for business and process optimization
Manage and coordinate assigned re-engineering projects to improve the performance and/or lower the costs as defined in the individual project goals
Support sales during pre-award stage with the input on business implementation on solution design, planning and organization
Provide implementation training to key sales and operational stakeholders as well as design show cases, sales material which can be used during customer presentations
Provide recommendations to the Country Head of Tender Management and Business Implementation in regards to improve the setup, structure, procedures, efficiency, required capacities, budget, etc. for the general implementation process

Fluent in English and local language (oral and written skills)
Computer Literacy
Proven IT (Information Technology) and EDI (Electronic Data Interface) knowledge
Solid knowledge of MS Office products especially Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
