职位描述
一、每日上班第一时间对所有仓库进行检查:
1) 清洁卫生
2) 货品摆放整齐度
3) 工程安全状况(如:空调滴水、安全门渗水等一系列会影响货品安全的状况)
4) 晚间安全门及通道的检查
5) 清点库存数量
6) 负责公司商品部的转货,店与店之间的转货
7) 在员工做销售时帮助查找员工需要的仓库内的货品及拿货和归仓
8) 在客流繁忙时可以帮助照看楼下的卖场,在员工吃饭时也可以在卖场帮忙照看
一、清点库存数量
1)参与晚点数,清点库存及仓库内货品数量
2)统计每日客库修数量
二、仓库整理及清洁
1) 检查及按大类摆放货品的情况
2) 货品摆放的整齐度
3) 叠、挂装包装袋的定期更换
4) 定期更换装用货品的外包装,要求规范统一
5) 库客修货架的整理
6) 每周一天整理出空间用于进货使用
三、进货工作
1) 负责整个做货工作(开箱、点数、核数、上传、交接)
2) 货品进仓后的签收及登记入帐
3) 扫价格及货品质量的检查并及时反馈做记录
4) 协助销售人员挑样
四、货品管理
1) 每周提交库存数据分析(畅销和滞销,库存量大的货品)
2) 每日告知各区长库存重货量的货品,做为销售目标之一
3) 随时对货品及其信息进行核查
4) 协助销售人员拿货及对售卖的货品进行售前检查
5) 每周协助补货工作
6) 来货后按顺序对仓库进行整理
