职位描述

Media relationship maintenance

- Support PR & Event Manager to maximize Alfred Dunhill’s exposure where appropriate

- Manage the agencies for press materials translation, production and distribution to media

- Support media for various requests, provide press materials, send and return samples, check product’s price, coordinate for photo shooting in Home and etc

- Loan samples for appropriate photo shooting opportunities

- Collect media exposure and work with the clipping house for monthly reports

Event implementation

- Support PR & Event Manager on event implementation

- Invite media for event

- Collect media’s information and work with travel agency for flights and hotel booking

- Prepare seasonal samples for events

- Support PR & Event Manager to prepare press packs of events

- Logistics management and coordination with stores, vendors and etc

- On-site support during events

- Collect media’s feedback after events

- Event follow-up, photo selection, CD production and distribution to media

Other tasks

- Support PR & Event Manager to update event calendar and global report, prepare materials for dunhillion, prepare materials for KEE website and 796 website, etc

- Support PR & Event Manager to organize media pcs

- Manage showroom, samples and other PR materials (folder, paper bags and etc)

- Support the marketing team for air tickets and hotel accommodations booking, prepare travel schedules every month to be submitted to HR department

- Prepare monthly marketing reports


Requirements

- Bachelor Degree.

- 1-2 years in fashion or luxury industry, sales, marketing is preferred.

- Good communication skill.

- Good English speaking & writing.

- Patient, hard working and careful.
