Responsibilities
工作职责
1.Lead and manage overall workload and team members to assure successful procurement of products/services from China.
领导管理所有团队成员及相关工作，确保持续从中国成功的采购产品和服务。
2.Research and negotiate new and existing supply contracts to stay competitive, reduce product procedure cost yearly.
通过调查和谈判，保持和获取有竞争力的供货协议，逐年降低产品的采购成本。
3.Yearly develop and improve suppliers overall performances in product development, quality and delivery.
逐年发展及提升供应商的产品开发、质量和发货等的综合表现。
4.Drive suppliers in Advanced Quality Planning, communicate and monitor supplier compliance with ISO/TS16949 and other quality systems.
引导供应商建立、执行、提升产品的原先质量规划，监督供应商履行ISO/TS16949和其他质量体系的要求。
5.Ensure maintenance of supplier delivery, quality, and price commitments.
确保供应商履行交货期、品质、价格的承诺。
6.Excellent communication and team work with Engineering, Sales, Logistics, Quality, and Program Management groups, ensure internal & external customer satisfaction.
与工程技术，销售，物流、质量控制、项目管理等部门保持极佳的沟通和团队协作,确保内、外部客户的满意度。
7.Prepare instructions regarding purchasing policies, process, and procedures and direct purchasing programs accordingly.
制作关于采购政策、流程、程序，并相应的领导、执行采购项目。
8.Maintain department electronic and paper file/documentation system.
保管维护本部门电子和纸质文件或文件编制系统。
9.Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers and vendors, while conducting self in the appropriate manner to project a professional image for the company.
建立并保持与供应商和客户的良好工作联系，用得体及专业的素质的维护公司专业形象。
10.Timely process and properly manage supplier quality issues and recharges for non-conformances, re-work, sort, deviation and warranty.
及时妥善处理供应商质量事件及问题执行对于产品不符合、返工、分类、偏差、质保等的要求。
11.Organize meetings and conference calls with internal and external and maintain meeting minutes.
组织公司内部或外部的会议或电话会议，并管理会议纪要。
Qualifications/Requirements:
任职资格：
1.Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Quality, or Business Management; CPM or equivalent certification is a plus.
本科以上学历，工程技术、质量或工商管理专业优先；注册采购师或同等证书持有者优先。
2.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related position such as Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and/or Purchasing specialist.
3年以上相关行业采购经验，如采购经理，采购/质量工程师，采购专员等。
3.Familiar related knowledge & tools of TS 16949, APQP, 5S, 6-Sigma.
熟悉TS 16949, APQP, 5S, 6-Sigma相关的知识与工具。
4.Experience in the automotive industry, especially in cooling/HVAC systems, powertrain system, and their components.
车辆及零部件行业背景，尤其是冷却或空调系统、动力总成系统及零部件。
5.Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on metal fabrication, brazing, and welding.
有制造业背景，熟悉金属件成型、加工制造、钎焊、焊接工艺。
6.Global Communicator: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
全球沟通：能用中文、英语进行口语和书面的流利沟通。
7.MS Office, spreadsheet, database management and statistical packages.
熟练使用Office 办公软件，电子数据表，数据管理，统计软件包。
8.Excellent Powerpoint making and presentation techniques
优秀的PPT制作技能及演讲演示技能。
9.Good mechanical drawing reading and technical standard interpretation ability.
良好的机械图纸及相关技术标准的阅读理解能力。
10.Ability to frequent travel and a valid Chinese driver’s license.
持有有效中国驾照，能适应经常性出差。
