Overview

As a key person of tender team coordinate and drive centralized and direct biddings under regional PSBs to establish track record within Utility sector,Implement bidding process improvement. Also drive and track sales leads project,and assit with marketing and Business development activity to support sales growth.

Responsibilities

1. Tender
- Coordinate and drive centralized and direct biddings under regional PSBs to establish track record within Utility sector
- Implement bidding process improvement
- Assist with research and analysis for competition, policy and market trend to support South Grid and State Grid centralize bidding.
- Maintain and manage communication with relevant functions from State Grid and Southern Grid to facilitate centralized biddings
- Build and keep good relation with key accounts and tender company to enhance TE’s advantage at centralize bidding.

2. Business development and Marketing
- Drive and track sales leads project to support sales growth
- Assist with market research and analysis including competition, industry and market trend.
- Assist Business development manager with business development project and activity
- Support direct bidding project including legal process, financial process and document preparation.

Qualification
1. Undergraduate degree or above, tender experience preferable.
2. More than 3 years’ experience in marketing, relevant experience in Utility or Industry market is preferable.
3. Good English communication skills, orally and in writing.
4. Familiar with MS Office softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
5. Proactive and willing to learn.
6. Capability of independent thinking and dealing with unexpected changes.
