Essential Responsibilities

Deliver on assigned sales target;
Develop new distributors and key end users to increase sales
Manage and support current distributors and their orders.
Find and initiate valuable panel builders in different verticals.
Establish the relationship with local PSB (Power Substation Company) and PSB subsidiary panel builders.
Keep good relationship with design institutes and consultants.
Collect and report market information.
Participate in initiating regional and the distributors selling strategy.
完成销售指标任务；
发展新的经销商与重要的终端客户
管理并支持现有的经销商
发展有价值的行业盘柜厂
与当地供电局以及三产盘柜厂建立良好的关系
与设计院和顾问公司保持良好的关系
收集并汇报市场信息
参与制定所辖区域与代理商的销售策略

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, major in power utility, automation and electrical engineering, or relevant.
At least 18 months or above industry products sales experience.
Strong project management skill and customer influence skill.
Proven ability to sell MV/LV switchgear and component in projects directly and Indirectly
Good communication skill and clear thinker.
High self-motivation and strong sales ability.
Good reading and written English.
Willing to travel frequently in China.

至少18个月或以上的电气或工业设备销售经验
具备良好的项目跟踪能力与客户引导能力
具备中低压电气成套设备与元器件直销和渠道销售能力
思路清晰且具备良好的沟通技巧
高主动性和较强的销售能力
熟练地和英文阅读与书写能力
适应频繁的国内差旅
