Objective
Responsible for tooling design and optimization for Cellasto prototype and series production

Main Tasks
Tooling design for prototype and series production, ensure the quality and quantity;
Collect tooling know-how, prepare tool design guide line;
Monitor the tool order workflow to ensure steps are completed in a timely manner, feedback to relevant in time;
Interface with tool suppliers, confirm tool design and coordinate construction/modification schedule;
Upload mold drawing and document to ensure the files are up to date in the CDB system;
Identify and evaluate new methods and materials for mold construction;
Evaluate prototype and series tool reject rate and line performance; initiate corrective measures;
Evaluate tool supplier performance (1st run quality, schedule compliance, cost) and take corrective action where needed;

Requirements
Engineering Bachelor degree or above; Tooling Design or Mechanical Engineering;
At least 2 years relevant working experience in mechanical field;
Technical & professional experience: 3D-CAD (Pro-E) experience is a must, knowledge in mould design and machining process is preferred; well conversant with MS software;
Good learning ability for later continuous on-job learning tasks on process;
Good English skills in oral and written;
Good in communication and team player;
