主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibility

1.通过工艺设计，过程计划，设备获得情况，规划设计/安装和生产设备试运转来控制项目
Control of a project through to Process design, planning, equipment procurement, layout design/installation and commissioning of production equipment.
2.改进和控制所有供应商设备问题以达到公司规范要求
To progress and control all equipment supplier issues including adherence to Company specifications
3.协助进行DFM会议，处理产品设计和相关项目人员协调问题
Aid/assist/coordinate Design For Manufacture (DFM) meetings with Product design and related project team members. 4.准备和控制供应商设备提供时间表，主要负责概念，计划和新的，已存在过程的实施
Preparation and control of equipment supplier timing plans with responsibility for the conception, planning and implementation of new and existing processes.
5.控制原型制造和交付，内部和外部，按照项目要求实施
Control prototype manufacture and deliveries, internal and external, as dictated by the vehicle Program needs.
为相关的项目经理和项目团队提供持续支持，提供操作，设计，商贸和购买支持当项目达到高产量和高质量目标
Provide ongoing support to the related Project Manager and project team, Operations, Design, Commercial and Purchase functions as projects reach high volume, high quality targets.
6.在项目设计阶段提供最新的制造技术支持
To incorporate latest manufacturing techniques during the process design phase.
7.协调相关项目中多元化的工程师团队
Assist and coordinate a multi disciplined team of engineers involved in the related projects
8.评估和维持产品过程装备的有效控制使价格在整个项目预算之内
Estimates and maintains effective control of process equipment budgets within the overall project
9.协助进行新产品和现有产品的工程变更
Lead/assist in related Engineering Changes on both new and current products
10.协助制定公司工程，装备和项目方面相关标准
Assist in generation of company engineering, equipment and project related standards
11.负责机械图样说明书和BOM管理包括分配方式
Responsible for engineering drawings specification and BOM management which includes distribution
12.输入和维护ERP系统的数据
Entering and maintaining data in ERP system
13.变动管理：参与MRB会议进行未经确认的材料的部署
Change management:participate in MRB meeting for non-conforming material disposition
14.调整焊接装配和总装配的工具
Adjustment of weld assembly and final assembly tooling.
