Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
? Support Service and Project manager to complete project modification of drawing, room book within time schedule;
? 协助工程部经理完成图纸房间手册及时更新。
? Guarantee the measurement devices in good condition according to company requirement and national regulations.
? 确保测试仪器符合相关标准。
? Guarantee most effective and efficient use of available human and material resources
? 确保人力和物料资源的效率最大化
? Comply with AT&S EHS regulations

Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
? Planning and realisation of related tasks set by superior;
? 实现工程部经理设定的目标。
? Set up related procedures and regulations which comply with authority requirement and AT&S standards
? 建立相关符合公司政策的文件及规范。
? Authority to instructions to employees disciplinary subordinate to this position for the daily work and the relevant contractors and vendors
? 授权指导其员工与供应商以具备的相应的素质
? Work with all project functions coordinate modifications and improvements at the plants
? 协助相关工程师改造改建工厂。
? Work with production or other department to make layout/drawings.
? 协助生产部门更新图纸。
? Check, file and maintain final documentation and maintenance procedures for project
? 负责项目文档资料处理。
? Responsible for EHS and Audit work of facility.
? 负责部门内部安全和质量审核。
? Observation of fulfilment of maintenance instructions, various regulations (environment, safety at work)
? 履行维护指导工作，并执行安全环境法规
? Provide employees with necessary information and data
? 提供给员工必要的信息和数据
? Complies with AT&S EHS rules
? 遵守员工安全及环境保护方针。
? Arrange the relevant training for measurement device.
? 对测试设备安排培训。
? Provide spare parts, work documentation and resources at the right time and in sufficient manner.
? 及时准备充足详尽的备品备件和工作文档
? Working with contractor technicians to fulfil the task
? 与供应商合作完成任务。
? Complies with EHS rules
? 遵守员工安全及环境保护方针

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
? Above University degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related majors or equivalent technical degree;
? 机电专业大学本科以上，或其他相关专业
? One year above with industrial working experience
在工业领域具有1年以上的工作经验优先。
? Hands-on maintenance/operation working experience in mechanical/electrical equipment, ability to get down to work if necessary
? 具有机电设备方面的维护保养工作经验优先。
? Working experience in Electronic/Semiconductor plant is preferred.
具有在半导体或电子行业工作的经验者优先。
? Good stress management skills, Hard-working and able to work under the pressure
具有良好的管理技巧，并能够承受相当的工作压力。
? Team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well)
具有良好的团队精神。
? Good written and oral English.
? 良好的英语对话和书写能力
? Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), Process control system, CAD
计算机技能：办公自动化、CAD。
? Good communication skills.
良好的沟通技巧。
? Familiar in project management.
熟悉项目管理。
