Responsibilities:

主要职责

The EPC Sales Representative is the member of EPC sales team of Sales & Marketing Dept., responsible to promote and sell our products, solutions and services to China EPC companies for oversea projects. The qualified person should be responsible for explore oversea EPC project/ company and meet the company’s sales target and implement the action plans accordingly. EPC Sales Representatives report to the EPC Sales Manager according to the company rules and should be in line with the company development strategies.

EPC销售代表是市场行销部EPC销售团队中一员, 其职责是向中国EPC公司所承担的海外项目提供公司产品、方案及服务。符合资格人员需负责EPC项目及总包公司的开发，实现公司的销售指标，并执行达到此目标的行动计划。根据公司规章制度，EPC销售代表向EPC销售经理汇报，并保证与公司发展策略保持一致。

Main Responsibilities

•Establish good and applicable action plans to keep close relationship with the customers so that able be to have oversea projects information as earlier as possible and as detail as possible.

制定全面并适用的行动计划，保持与客户的密切关系，从而提前全面地了解到海外项目信息。

•Set up correct action plan to follow up the projects with suitable technical and commercial proposals and to ensure the success of the orders.

制定正确的项目跟踪计划，以提供适合的技术和商务方案保证项目销售的成功。

•Arrange marketing promotion and technical seminars with the customers to specify in our solutions.

组织与客户的市场推广和技术研讨活动,将我司产品方案纳入项目规范。

•Responsible for develop the customers and for coordinating all resources to satisfy the customer requirements

负责客户开发，并协调各项资源满足客户需要。

Qualifications Required:

人员要求

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Control / Energy Power Engineering or relevant

电气、控制或能源电力工程或相应学士学位。

• Fluent Mandarin & English

普通话及英语流利

• Better to have sales experiences for China EPC oversea projects

对中国EPC海外项目的销售经验者优先

• Minimum 3 years’ in Electrical Power industry

至少3年电力行业工作经验

• Better to have protection and control products and systems knowledge for Power Plants, Utilities and industrials customers

具有电厂、电力系统、工矿企业保护控制产品和系统知识

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), well-established organizational and presentation skills

良好的沟通技巧（书写和口头表达），良好的组织能力和演讲技巧

• Team Player and self-starter with demonstrated problem solving and organization networking capabilities and the ability to operate without detailed work direction

良好的团队合作精神，积极主动，展示解决问题能力，建立人脉网络能力和在无明确指导下的工作能力。

• Customer Focus: making customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; while maintaining proper integrity, develop and sustain productive customer relationships
