职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Internally
1. Coordinate sample requests as needed
2. Balance shipment arrangement among customers based on AM's communication
3. Liaise with local CS among regions
4. Coordinate with outsourcing parties and SCM for shipment arrangement
5. System maintenance for order management, shipment arrangement and Credit release
6. Support project assignments
Externally
1. Collect customer demand for shipment preparation
2. Collaborate with customers for the related documents/processes initiation
3. Provide the routine shipping plan to customers
4. Follow up with replacement or credit release for RMA
5. Monitor AR
6. Visit customers to maintain relationship
Education & Experience
1. 5 years of customer service or commercial experience.
2. Minimum college degree and university degree is a plus.
Required Skills
1. Responsible for coordination and execution order/shipment management.
2. Engage and collaborate with Account manager, Engineer and Supply Chain to fulfill customer requirements.
Desired Skills
1. Commercial operation and Supply Chain knowledge are preference.
2. Knowledge of import and export procedures in China
Soft Skills
1. Potential problem solving.
2. Financial concept is a plus.
3. Good command of English.
