Role Description – summary
Initiate the improvement opportunities EHS in LBU. Manage the EHS tasks according to laws & regulations. Perform safety audit, drive to solve the EHS related issues with LPG and other departments; contractor safety management.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
-Workshop at factory risk identification & assessment
RP, RA , CS, R&D
-Chemical & hazard material management
- ABB Prohibited and Restricted Substances
- MSDS
- Hazard Wastes
-Special equipment management (LBU)
- Forktruck - Crane
- Special work management (LBU)
- Forktruck - Crane - Painting
-Occupational healthy of special work (LBU)
- Painting - Welding - Noise
-EHS monthly training & others
-EHS performance Data analysis
-Contractor work permit & training in Factory
-Incident & accident investigation & report
-Maintain ISO14001 & OHSAS18001



Requirement:
-Factory EHS management experience
-Good communication skills with external and internal customers
-Drive the team for improvement
-Good interpersonal skill & good team player
-More than 5 years in related function
