要求熟悉机床备件销售或是熟悉刀具
Job Description:
To support machine sales, machine order processing and after sales order processing with expert tooling know-how.
· To visit and consult customers during machine sales process and after-sales period on required tooling for their manufacturing process. To give advice for improvements by using the complete range of tooling. To assess the feasibility to produce customers parts on press brakes and punching machines.
· To coordinate and liaise with counterpart colleagues at TWS to ensure up to date tooling know-how at TCNW and timely release of tooling innovations in the Chinese market.
· To train TCNW sales and order processing staff regarding tooling and innovations.
· To participate in trade shows and exhibitions to provide tooling consulting to customers.
· To prepare demo parts to demonstrate the advantages of tooling and machine technology together with Training & Application team.
· To support related product marketing and communication activities with tooling know-how and monitor and report competitors activities.
Location:
- Based in Shanghai/Taicang, with frequent travelling activities.
Qualification:
University education with bachelor degree
· Major in Mechanical engineering or comparable
· More than 2-3 years relevant experiences, solid know-how of press brakes and/or punching machines and required tooling, familiar with drawings, basic CAD/CAM knowledge
· Fluent Chinese and English ability, both in written and spoken
· Customer oriented, good communication skills, willing to travel, independent and reliable, self initiative, goals-oriented and with a hands-on mentality
