The China Sales Ops organization manages the lead-to-order environment and operational solution for sales organization with customers across the country. The team lead, China EG Deal Operational Management, reports directly to Manager of DOM is accountable to support China HP EG complex/big deal operations solution for commercial account in Enterprise Group. Leading a team, this position supports several million annual revenue to achieve absolute industry leadership and operational excellence in the country’s sales operations, customer engagement. There are some primary focus areas in DOM:
The key measures of success for this position are HP’s delivery to customers’ contractual commitments, pro-active avoidance of customer escalation, and effectiveness working across the value chain measured through stakeholder & customer feedback. Create and maintain a healthy and positive customer experience with HP. |
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have 5+ years of business management, sales operations, customer service or other relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of success in leading a 5-10 peeple size operations team in a complex, fast paced business. Specifically, he/she will need to have some or all of the following demonstrated qualities: • Education: Bachelor degree in Business Management, Business Administration, • 2-3 yrs or team leading experience. • Deep knowledge of the commercial marketplace • Experience managing/influencing a Sales function, business-related function, preferably sales, project management, customer operation service capabilities. • Excellence in strategic planning and communication with senior business executives & customers • Drives simplification to achieve process and capabilities effectiveness and efficiency. • Proactively solves problems and takes corrective action. • Ability to develop strong alliances and relationships with key stakeholder leaders. | |
