Responsibilities
- Focus on Data and Process Analysis based on the strong understanding of Information and Process Management, which would enable us to define the Process Gaps and Process Improvement Opportunity
- Reinforce System Capability and Application by working closely with APAC System Power Users and APAC IT Group to maximize the system functionality to support process improvement
- Build customized design Report System and Platform to build strong global alignment in terms of regional reporting roll-up as well as supporting regional report distribution
- To peform master data analysis including demand history, forecast accuracy, forecast bias, supply profile and performance, quality, so on
- To collect KPI data and develop monthly and quarterly dashboard to measure APAC supply chain performance
- To understand supply chain related system functionality, analyze the gaps based on business/project goals, modify behavior or process by working closely with power users and IT System specialist
- To prepare System User Application Guideline to standardize all system manuals and processes across the region
- To develop regional reporting system aligned with Global Reporting system and communicated to regional and global business leaders on a timely basis
- To design customized reporting to illustrate key supply chain issues and monitor the daily, weekly and monthly supply chain performance
Requirements
- University degree. Major in Finance, IT, Supply Chain Management or Engineering is a plus
- At least 2 years of working experience in data analysis
- Strong data/statistical/system based analytic skill
- Good problem solving skill by using process mapping and data analysis
- Able to dig into details and define the system and process gap and work on the improvement idea and opportunity
- Self-motivator and owns strong proactive attitude
- Demonstrate strong commitment and applies a “never give up” mindset to daily work
- Good communication skill and able to present idea and suggestion based on his/her finding from solid data and process analysis and understanding
- Solid IT system knowledge (Demand Planning, ERP, MRP)
- Good written and oral English language skill
