RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

1. Maintain the existing ERP system and build up /Implement the new systems according to company needs
2. Acting as an expert and a coach to train, improve application team knowledge skill
3. Giving support to end users in daily operations with the company application systems
4. Solving system related problems and trouble shooting.
5. Arranging system training when needed
6. Testing and analyze new ways to operate by local or corporate requirements
7. To cooperate with HQ IT team to implement new functions and trouble shooting.
8. Cooperate with Infra IT team
9. Other IT related tasks

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Computer ,Information or Mechanical, Engineering-related bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience
2. More than 3 years working experience on overall ERP system implementation, maintenance or development. (Baan and SAP Preferred) Understand ERP systems operational processes of various modules , familiar with SQL, familiar with supply chain, manufacturing production management, knowledge of business processes and financial accounting processes, with manufacturing and finance background preferred.
3. With project management theory, familiar with project management methods and tools, with experience in project implementation, worked as the project manager has a priority;
4. Good communication and presentation skills, teamwork and organizational skills. Self-discipline, work carefully, and responsibility.
5. Fast learn, able to quickly grasp the system uses techniques and know how to troubleshoot and solve problems.
6. With a strong ability to understand and document writing skills.
7. Good oral and written English.
