·负责管理和开发北京区域企业销售业务;
·根据分析了解客户及市场的需求,负责对企业客户发展和维护工作,
·制定企业客户的拓展计划及销售计划;
·配合销售计划, 根据需要开发新的销售渠道以确保新的利润增长;
·做好客户分析;
·定期拜访终端企业客户;
·及时反馈市场状况,特别是竞争对手的最新动态
基本要求:
·大专以上学历;3年以上企业客户销售经验,从事过礼品销售工作和有客户资源者优先;
·悉商务礼品及市场行情, 具有优秀的企业客户开拓能力,优秀的沟通能力和谈判技巧;
·优秀的品行和职业素质,强烈的敬业精神与责任感,工作原则性强;较强的学习能力和责任心,能自我激励,具备较强的独立处理事务的能力;
·注重结果、以销售指标为导向,能够承受压力;
·工作认真踏实、有激情、勇于创新,为人品行端正,具有团队合作精神;
·流利的文字表达能力,良好的沟通及谈判技巧;
·熟悉电脑操作, 如MS Word, Excel。
Main Responsibilities
·Focus on B2B selling execution. Set up action plans based on the company’s direct sales strategies. Well execute action plans to make sure that sales targets are completely achieved.
·Develop new corporate customers and end users. Set up business development plan of responsible area make sure of the execution.
·Manage relationship with current customers to dig their long term and short needs.
·Set up individual’s monthly, weekly and daily working plan and make it well executed.
·Closely work with Marking & Gifting distributors to improve their management level, internal process efficiency and inventory control. Work closely with corporate clients to drive sales.
·Manage relationship with distributors and corporate clients.
·Visit key distributors and corporate clients on a regular basis. Upgrade the market information and provide constructive suggestions to the company.
·Following project coordination with Marking & Gifting distributors.
·Analysis and manage Marking & Gifting distributors sell-in, sell-out and inventory.
·Developing and maintain key customers.
·Guide the sales person in shanghai Area develop and maintain end users.
Qualifications:
·Associate degree above.
·Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
·At least 3 years experiences in B2B or developing distributors business.
·Can develop market independently. Good problem-solving capabilities.
·Good communication and negotiation skills.
·Working highly efficiency and executive, Good Planning skills and Foresight.
·Self-motivated, hardworking and good teamwork spirit.
·Can work under high working pressure.
·Good at Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
·Travel Flexibility.
