What are my responsibilities?

1) To do field service under the service regulation and working process

2) To assist the Service Sales to solve the technical problems of MC/AS business

3) To share the technical knowledge and reference with colleagues

4) To take the MC/AS duty and hotline engineer job

5) To Feedback the production quality lack of Siemens products in time
