职位描述

The main missions of the role are:
- Admin
- In charge of analyzing the company‘s current incentive system and put forward rationalization suggestion towards the company’s incentive system; In charge of manage and file rationaliztion proposals,publish rationaliztion proposal progress regularly, organize relative assesment meeting and award release.
负责分析公司激励机制现状,对公司激励机制提出合理化建议; 负责管理及存档合理化建议、定期公布合理化建议进程,召开合理化建议评审会并安排奖品发放。
- Assist the Manager to formulate , perfect and perform Administrative Regualtions, work flows, business forms.
协助上级建立健全行政管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等,并贯彻执行。
- In charge of the plan of stationery cost, control and monitor office cost, fulfill the administrative cost report.
负责办公费用的计划、办公成本的控制及监督、行政费用的报销、统计及报表。
- Implement the company’s administrative work, assis the Manager to establish and maintain the relationship with Administrative’s relationship.
执行公司行政外联工作,协助上级建立、维护好行政管理机构的行政关系。
- In charge of plant planning, greening management, maintenance and repair plant, office and office equipment to make sure plant and office area in good condition.
负责工厂规划,绿化管理,工厂厂房、办公区及办公设备的维护及维修管理,确保工厂及办公区域处于正常状态。
- In charge of the management of outsourcing companies.
负责外包公司管理。
- In charge of the cleaners’ management, training and evaluation.
负责对保洁员的管理、培训及业绩的考核。
- In charge of the safeguards’ management, training and evaluation.
负责对保安员的管理、培训及业绩的考核。
- In charge of the management of the staff canteen and staff domitory.
负责员工食堂及员工宿舍管理。
- In charge of manage the working meal, drinking water.
负责管理工作餐及饮用水。
- In charge of vehicle management, control vehicle oil/rental/ driver overtime/maintenance costs and insurance accidents, etc. .
负责车辆管理,把控车辆油费、租赁费、司机加班费、维修费用及保险事故等事宜。
- In charge of planning, collecting, applying, providing and management articles for official business, cleaning and labor insurance.
负责办公用品、清洁用品、劳保用品的计划、汇总、申请、发放及管理。
- In charge of management, maintenance administration fixed assets and administration storage.
负责管理、维护和保养行政部门的固定资产,负责行政库房的管理。
- In charge of staff uniform& holiday gifts plan, purchase, management and deliver.
负责员工工装及节日礼物的计划、采购、管理及发放。
- In charge of key management.
负责成都工厂钥匙管理。
- Assisting and arranging the meeting.
协助组织和安排会议。

- Receptionist
- Set up professional image for Roechling and live up to company values.
代表劳士领公司树立专业的形象并认可公司的价值观。
- Conducting all front of house reception duties as per the service level agreement and client requirements. Provide professional, polite and timely reception service.
根据服务要求并按客户需求执行前台区域的接待工作,提供专业,礼貌和及时的服务。
- Receive and welcome all internal and external visitors, and guide them to the right department or specific person-to-receive.
接待和欢迎所有外部和内部的客人,并引导客人至相应的部门或面见个人。
- Responsible for receiving and transferring phone calls, ensuring that all aspect of Help Desk operations are kept in line with what is expressed in the service level agreement.
负责接听和转接电话,保证前台区域工作按照服务要求高质量完成。
- Distribute and keep records of all incoming letters or couriers for Roechling, and provide necessary information to all staff when it comes to mailing requests.
分发邮件并做好相应记录,能够为所有员工提供及时的与邮件相关的信息。
- Responsible for managing meeting room standards and bookings. And ensuring that all aspect of meeting room are kept in line with what is expressed in the service level agreement.
负责管理和预订会议室,并确保会议室各方面符合服务要求。
- Book air/train ticket, maintain and update ticket booking record in compliance with company policy.
根据公司规章,预订机票/火车票,维护并更新机票预订记录。
- Responsible to negotiate, sign, renew and manage hotel service agreement, and accommodation and transportation arrangement for the travelerswhen needed.
如果需求,安排出差员工的住宿与交通,酒店协议签订、续订及管理。
- Applying Company magazine & newspaper management.
负责公司报刊杂志的管理。
- In charge of releasing & keeping company notice, updating and maintaining company information board.
负责公司有关通知的发放和保管,公司宣传栏的更新与维护。
- In charge of updating management weekly report to headquarter in German.
负责制作管理层周报表报德国总部。
- In charge of company document translation.
负责公司文件材料的翻译。
- In charge of applying visa for company high-level management.
负责公司高层管理人员出国签证的办理事宜。
- Assist with all other issues and requests from the management teams.
协助完成管理层安排的工作和要求。
- Assist in other administrative work assigned by HR/Admin Manager.
协助完成人力资源经理分配的其他行政工作。

Basic requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, Major in Admin management or business administration.
大学本科, 行政管理或管理类专业
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
良好的书面及口头英语表述能力
- Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
良好的计算机应用能力, 尤其是擅长office 办公软件
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
良好的人际沟通能力
- Optimization and prioritization of tasks.
