Job responsibilities:
Training Program Management
- Assist to identify appropriate training needs according to business direction to formulate and implement yearly training plan for the organization which included both technical competency development and people skills development.
- Fully understand features and designs of different training programs and effectively deploy according to the desired outcomes.
- Assist to develop and facilitate post-training application with program stakeholders to create desired business outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and modify the program based on the training needs and the evaluation.
- Provide advices and/or apply diverse approaches to help participants learn effectively.
- Work with regional training team to implement Corporate training and development programs, initiatives and system
- Produce reports in an effective and professional format and, further, analyze the data and draw the implications.
- Other tasks may assigned by team lead.


Job requirement:
- Bachelor's degree holder in BA / BS or equivalent qualification in related discipline
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in training and employee development function with multi-national companies are preferred
- High commitment to people development
- Good facilitation skill especially in delivering supervisory and general staff trainings
- Skillful in interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management skill
- Good team player and active learner, assertive and decisive
- Hands on, pays attention to details, works independently
- Proficient in both spoken and written Korean (English is a plus.)
- Competent in software / system such as : Excel, PowerPoint, Words.
