Duties and Responsibilities职责:
1.参与产品的设计开发工作；
1. Take part in the project team of Sealing/Fluid for design and development work, for example, concept design, detail drawing, GD&T works, etc.
2.按照制图规范，独立完成零部件的3D及2D工作。并持续地优化图纸并负责图纸的管理工作；
2. Responsible for finishing whole components CAD model including 3D and 2D in compliance with the drawing standard. Keep on the CAD math data optimizing and controlling.
3.可以完成几何公差的计算，并出报告；
3. Must be capability to do the tolerance stack up and clearance checking, and make out the relevant reports.
4.可以理解技术标准文件的要求并可以和其他人员就这方面的要求进行交流，不仅限于GB标准；
4. Understanding the product performance specifications and clarifying technical issues with customers and suppliers. The specification is not just limited in GB standard.
5.完成自己的并协助其他小组人员完成相关的程序文件，例如DFMEA文件
5. Familiar with engineering process and work out relevant TS16949 files independently like DFMEA, sometime be asked to assist another team member for this system documentation work.
6.积极地完成主管布置的相关任务
6. Finish actively the temporary assigned by manager.

Qualifications任职资格:
1.具有汽车零部件或者机械产品开发背景；
1. Must be good experience in automotive industry ,especially have the design and development background of automotive components.
2.工作经验在2年以上（具体从事汽车外饰系统或密封系统开发）；
2. More than 2 years working experience is necessary in engine or transmission.
3.至少要能使用CATIA，UG等3D软件中一种；
3. At least proficiency in one of CATIA and UG.
4.熟悉2D图纸的制图规范；
4. Familiar with drawing standards.
5.熟悉几何尺寸公差知识，并能够进行这方面的计算；
5. Familiar with GD&T knowledge and be ability of GD&T application.
6.如果具有试验开发方面的经验，可以优先考虑。
6. Experience in testing development is definitely a plus.
7.理工科教育背景，本科学历
7. Minimum bachelor degree with major in engineering disciplines.
8.与人交流能力好
8. Good communication skills.
9.英语读写及口语能力好,
9. Fluent English speaking in both spoken and written.
