Key Responsibilities:

Ensure part be testing and verify according to drawing and ES’s requirement.

保证公司的产品按图纸及规范要求实施试验验证

Responsible for collecting customer, industry technical standards and national technical standards, finishing the archive.

负责收集公司产品类别所涉及的顾客技术标准和国家及行业技术标准，整理存档

Responsible for the analysis testing standards and study testing capability and suitability.

负责分析试验标准及试验能力的符合性和适宜性

Responsible for the establishment of testing processes, operating WI in accordance with technical standards

负责根据技术标准建立流程、操作规范等

Training testing technician and capacity accreditation.

负责试验技术员培训及能力认可

Responsible for improving and upgrading laboratory testing capacity.

负责试验室的改进及试验能力提升

Involved in the evaluation of new project DVP&PVP and responsible for the mass production projects’ annual in process testing.

参与公司新产品项目的试验计划（DVP&PVP）的评审活动及负责量产项目年度试验(IP)的实施

Support for QA supervisor.

支持QA主管的工作

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronic or other related filed.

机械电子或其它相关专业本科及以上学历

Be good at using five core quality tools, be fimiliary with the Q1 requirements and the climate control system products knowledge is a plus.

质量管理五大核心工具的熟练运用，熟悉Q1要求及了解汽车空调产品相关知识尤佳

Good data analysis ability.
良好的数据分析能力

Good English skills and good computer skills.

良好的英语读写能力和电脑操作熟练

Good communication skills, good problems solving ability, team work spirit,can work under pressure, studious and diligence.

沟通能力，良好的问题解决能力，具备良好的团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作，勤奋、坚持
