Key Responsibilities:

Through forklift management, ensure good forklift operation, to fulfill forklift demand and safety.

通过对叉车的现场管理，确保叉车运行顺畅、调配合理，满足厂内叉车使用需求及安全。

Assign driver’s daily job and ensure the daily job finished on time and efficiently.

合理分配叉车司机的日常工作并确保工作的及时有效完成

Forklift daily check, maintenance and repair management.

叉车日常点检、维修及保养管理

Forklift safety and 5S regulation, timely training and control.

叉车安全及5S规则制定、定期培训、监督

Monitor inbound material receiving process to ensure the operator receives correct material with right quantity and good quality from the packaging.

监督叉车司机的来料收货过程，确保物料的正确接收

Monitor driver’s work to ensure on time production material handling without any delay or mistake.

监督叉车司机及时将物料准确无误地配送至生产车间

Monitor driver’s work to ensure FG loaded and shipped out to customer on time and right quantity.

监督叉车司机及时准确地对产成品进行发运

Well communicate and cooperate with QC, MFG, MT department.

与质量、生产、维修等部门进行有效的沟通和配合

Monitor and apprise driver’s performance timely according to KPI.

对叉车司机的绩效进行有效评估和监控

Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:

Collage degree or above, above 3years forklift drive experience and above one year forklift driver management experience, be familiar with warehouse operation processes and have experience in auto parts assembly operation

大学专科以上学历，3年以上叉车驾驶经验及1年以上叉车司机管理经验，熟悉库房操作流程，有比较丰富的库房管理经验

Be familiar with mass production, experience in manufacturing environment, and experience in Automobile company is a plus.

熟悉量产，制造行业从业经验，有汽车行业从业经验者尤佳

Experience in 5S implementation and management and material handling plan and implementation

有5S实施和管理经验及物料操控实施经验

Initiative, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, strong power to lead warehouse team to implement supervisor’s decisions, and good internal and external communication and negotiation skills

工作积极主动，较强的责任心及团队精神，有比较强的组织能力和执行力，及较强的内部和外部沟通能力
