Job Descriptions:

Develop, monitor and implement quality control procedures and policies according to corporate standards to ensure that products quality and delivery satisfy customer expectations and achieve superior reliability.

Responsible for leading the team on constant achievement of the key goals and objectives of the department: (a.) Achieve quality targets; (b.) Keep cost budget (c.) Reduce scrap; (d.) Keep the quality system up to date; (e) Customer satisfaction.

负责领导整个团队完成关键绩效指标，(a.) 达到质量目标； (b.) 预算控制； (c.) 减少报废； (d.)保持质量体系更新；(e)客户满意

Responsible for the continual improvement of quality procedures and policies to insure the quality and delivery of raw materials, in process and finished product meet or exceed the requirements of company and customers.

推动质量管理程序和政策持续改进，保证原材料、在制品、成品的质量达到或超越公司和客户要求

Optimize the quality concepts to reach cost reduction.

优化质量管理理念，实现成本降低
Responsible for suppliers management to obtain the good quality, service and competitive price always.

管理供应商，获得良好的质量，服务和具有竞争力的价格

Ensure the requirements of the quality system are implemented and maintained with reference to related international standards.

以相关国际标准为依据，保证质量体系的执行和维护

Responsible for Negotiation with customer, and getting objectives.

Bring the voice of the customers into the company in order to ensure compliance with requirements.

Develop a personnel development and succession plan for key positions to ensure the long term growth and integrity of the team; Facilitate communication to ensure the whole team's efforts are aligned towards given objectives.

Communicate and harmonize at all levels across the Company.

Qualification Requirements：

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronic or other related filed, more than 8 years work experience in related automotive industry, have knowledge of vehicle and Cross functional knowledge

机械电子或其它相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上相关汽车行业制造经验，具备相关汽车知识和跨部门知识

Be good at using five core quality tools, have quality management professional skills, data analysis ability, be familiar with 6 sigma, G8D, 5S management and production area management, relevant knowledge of climate control system.

质量管理五大核心工具的熟练运用，具备质量管理专业技能、数据分析能力，熟悉六西格玛、G8D，生产现场管理及5S管理方法，及汽车空调专业相关知识

Fluent English and good computer skills, speaking Korean language is preferred.

英语流利,电脑操作熟练，会韩语者优先

Be familiar with QOS system.

熟悉QOS系统

Strong leadership, negotiation, sociability, communication and coordination, good presentation skills, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage conflicting objectives and ability to mentor and develop others
