职位描述
岗位职责：
1.完成个人销售任务，协助销售总监带领团队完成销售目标；
2.维护老客户，开发新客户，与客户建立长期良好的客情关系；
3.协助销售总监制定全年销售计划及策略，并收集分析主要竞争对手市场信息；
4.管理、指导及培训销售团队；
5.作好客户的回款工作，并督促组员的回款进度。
1. Finish personal sales tasks and assist in Director leading the team to finish sales goal.
2. Maintain the relationship with old clients and develop new clients, establish long-term good relationship with clients.
3. Assist in Director to make whole year sales plan and strategy,
collect and analyze market information of main competitors.
4. Management, coaching and training sales teams;
5 Responsible for the payments from customers and supervise the back section progress of crews.
任职条件：
1.大专以上学历，形象气质佳；
2.三年以上高速公路单立柱广告牌销售工作经验，并具有一年以上团队管理经验；
3.优秀的沟通协调、组织及谈判能力、良好的团队合作意识；
4.成熟、稳重、自信，能够调动团队成员的工作积极性；
5.极强的语言表达能力，具有稳定客户资源的优先。
年薪50万
1. College degree or above, good image and temperament;
2. Three years or above working experience in Single Column sales experience in freeway, one year or above in experience in team management;
3. Excellent communication and coordination, organization and negotiation skills, a good sense of teamwork;
4. Mature, stable and confident, able to mobilize the initiative of the team members ;
5. Excellent in expression, with a stable customer resources priorities.
Annual salary 500,000RMB.
