Position Role & Responsibility

- Work closely with support team on daily issues, maintain testing/production environment.
- Monitor and track Mobile Iron server status and follow up service upgrade.
- Coordinate closely with others service team to provide solutions.
- Provide hands-on training and materials.
- Asset management.
- Testing on internal applications
- Collect and record daily issues and analyze/investigate/provide the best solution.


SKILLS
- Familiar with at least two of following Operation Systems (Windows, Linux, Unix, Apple iOS)
- Familiar with Enterprise Security Solution would be a big plus.
- Hands on experience and able to switch technology very quickly.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high stress tolerance and potentially overtime with advance notice from management.
- Highly motivated in problem solving.
- Education Required: Bachelors (or equivalent experience)
- Experience Required: 1+ Years
- Quick learner
