1、本科以上学历、硕士，博士优先；
2、工商管理、金融经济、市场营销等相关等专业毕业，2年以上工作经验；
3、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；
4、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；
5、思路敏捷，有勇于开拓的精神和强烈的事业责任心。
任职条件

1、 良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；
2、 能用英语与国外客户流利沟通，外贸行业相关工作经验者优先；
3、 工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有较强的团队合作精神；
4、 有良好的职业道德和素养，能承受一定工作压力。
