Project Description
ITaaS team is centralized services in CDL. Mainly focus on providing System Security management solutions/services and Cloud optimization innovation .
Reduce manually maintain workload and generate the security dashboard
Improve security management efficiency
Improve Cloud optimization
Job Responsibilities
Lead the security portal architecture design based on security requirement
Work with security/cloud teams to analysis the business requirements, design and implement the solution
Responsible for the design, coding, unit testing, defect fix, software development life cycle management and etc.
Support internal team to achieve the goal as plan
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
At least 3 years experience in IT industry.
At least 3 years experience in development based on J2EE.
Experience on leading multi-functional or cross-divisional teams in planning activities on large and highly complex projects.
At least 2 years experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale Java EE web applications.
Restful application development experience with J2EE or Python is required
Hands on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
Solid knowledge of script language, such as Perl, Python, shell, etc.
Be familiar with TCP/IP, network and storage.
Be familiar with different hypervisor technology, such as KVM, Xen, VMware ESX/ESXi and PowerVM.
Be familiar with popular web development frameworks and tools, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
Be familiar with popular development tools, such as Eclipse, CVS, Ant, JUnit, etc
Be familiar with popular middleware, such as WAS, Portal,DB2, Weblogic, etc.
Be familiar with different Linux/Unix OS, such as redhat, aix, Ubuntu etc.

The following is a plus:
Familiar with IBM Cloud & Security Product
Understand mobile development, such as worklight/phonegap
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
Bachelor's OR Master’s degree(Preferred) in CS related majors in software industry
Excellent written/spoken communication skills in English
Strong communication skill
Easy-going, open-minded
Good teamwork spirit
Quick learner
Creative thinking
Passion to business
Willing to give back

Others as plus:
Work experience in large-scale foreign company
Work experience in Geographically Distributed Development (GDD) team
Technical writing, patent filing
