职位职责描述Job Description：

此职位的主要职责是与各部门ME经理配合，运用IE手法和改善技巧，对生产进行简化和标准化，减少浪费，降低成本，提高人、机、物利用率。

The major function of job is that coordinate with ME manager. Using IE practices and improve skills to making production simplification and standardization, reducing waste and cost, improve the utility ratio of person、machine、material etc.

主要工作内容Major Responsibilities：

· 推进直接/间接人工标准的实施。跟踪人力配置计划，人员利用率和生产线平衡；

• 组织人机工程评估；

· 分析不良产品过程，组织设备Cycle Time的研究；

• 提供高效合理的人力配置计划，核查工厂每天的人力配置情况，分析各车间人员分配方案的合理性；

· 提供改善方案的费用预算；

· 识别工厂布局，过程控制，物料摆放，运输通道等方面的改善机会；

· 分析有价值操作和无价值操作，建立和改进对应操作方法和标准；

· 运用MODAPTS动作分析法审核制造现场的改善提议；

• 运用ACAD绘制生产线布局以及后期规划，指导工厂作业流程和工艺分配；

· 协调车间工程变更，主导价值流程图编写和工艺审核；

· 提出工厂投资费用精进方案；

· 当车型配比和线速发生变化时，协助各车间完成工位分配表。

• Drive development and/or installation of direct and indirect labor standards and methods. Track labor, efficient manpower utilization and line balancing
• Conduct Job Ergonomics evaluations
• Analyze problem process constraints and conduct equipment cycle time analysis
• Recommend most efficient distribution of manpower and review daily employee manpower, analyze plant methods and standards
• Prepare or direct the preparation of cost estimates of new or revised methods and standards
• Review proposed changes in plant layout, processes, material handling, routing, etc
• Analyze production and non-production operations to determine those requiring study and develop new or improved methods and standards
• Conduct time and motion/MODAPTS studies and review employee proposals and suggestions
• Develop cycle line layouts for current and future models using ACAD. Lead job methodization and process allocations
• Coordinate engineering changes and planning. Conduct value stream mapping and process audits
• Develop cost saving project proposals and write projects as required
• Assist production in planning labor allocations for mix and line speed changes

绩效评估标准Performance evaluation standards：

• 提供所有车型的标准工时以及持续改善的数据；
• 新车型GSPAS系统的应用率；
• 人工效率提升率。
• Standard work time of all vehicle and data of continual improvement.
• Utility ratio of GSPAS system in all new vehicle .
• Improvement ratio of labour efficiency.

任职条件Post Qualifications ：

• 学历：大学本科及以上学历，汽车专业、工业工程专业
• 英文要求：四级及以上英语水平，熟练的听说读写能力
• 工作经验：具有三年以上汽车整车厂车间工艺经验或曾在汽车整车厂工作过IE相关工作
• 性格/个人能力：良好的沟通和组织协调能力
• Education record: Undergraduate degree or above, major in industrial engineering.
• English requirement: four level and above level of English, fluent in written and spoken.
• Work experience: three years automobile vehicle plan related process or IE work experience.
• Ability: good communication and coordination skills.

为了支持未来发展计划， 2012年4月19日，长安福特汽车宣布在杭州建设新整车厂，至此，长安福特汽车的年总产能将超过120万辆，作为长安福特汽车产能扩张计划的一部分，杭州分公司集冲压、焊装、涂装、总装四大工艺于一身，计划总投资75亿元人民币，主要产品为福特体系中的中高端车型。杭州分公司采用福特全球最先进的工艺设备，一期产能25万台/年，年产值可达500亿元，二期产能达到50万台/年，年产值将突破1000亿元。

杭州分公司规划用地2100亩，并预留1000亩土地作为发动机、变速箱等核心零部件的发展空间。项目一期已于2012年8月开工建设，预计2015年1月正式投产，投产后将全面支持长安福特汽车未来产品计划。
