工作职责：
1、负责一个100CSR/TSRs的项目团队。建立和发展员工职业发展渠道。领导团队达成KPI，预估项目可能遇到的危机，困难和挑战，应用适当解决方式将影响减少到最小。
2、负责后勤部门的沟通与协调以确保后勤支持到位
3、维护客户关系以确保优质的服务质量

岗位要求：
1，University degree or above;
2，2+ years of solid working experience; at least +1 year call center management/training working experience is preferred.
3，Effectively in English & Mandarin or Cantonese.
4，Excellent business sense
5，able to develop & maintain good level of relationship via a professional account management approach with existing clienteles
6，Possess excellent logical thinking with able to tackle challenge in an effective & efficient manner.
7，Certificate or prior experience in training, ISO, COPC, Six Sigma or other quality/ problem resolution/ project management framework will be an advantage
