职位描述
Purpose of the Job and Objectives:
To be the contact window with client’s training team and organize training resources for scheduled training courses to new hired CSRs and internal transition CSRs. Training is designed to include, but not limited to computer and multimedia basic knowledge, communication skill, sales skill for CSR level and management skill for supervisor/manager level. Satisfactory training approach and material update are both necessary to utilize regularly by reviewing and monitoring any skill change consistently in order to improve skill in all levels
Main Duties, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
1,Work closely with client for training-related schedule and curriculum
2,Work closely with operation department to identify training needs and implement training activities.
3,Implement and deliver training initiatives to improve team effectiveness as well as skill level.
4,Perform training audit to evaluate both trainer’s and training effectiveness and propose continuous enhancement on training activities/projects
5,Responsible for the all training program management and reporting to ensure program enhancement and effectiveness;
6,Any other training-related duties as assigned
Competencies:
-University degree or above;
-5+ years of solid working experience; at least +2.5 year call center management/training working experience is preferred.
-Good command of OS (Windows, iOS, Mac OS);
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Excellent presentation skill; fluent Mandarin is a must
-With excellent sense of customer service, well communication and interpersonal skills, hardworking and self-motivated;
-Can work under pressure
