Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage all quality responses of related issues from the field;

2. Maintain and report the field summary information in the public folder and share point in system;

3. Responsible for filed returned parts inspection and testing, and push related departments for root cause investigation and
corrective action;

4. Cooperate with lab team to fulfill the inspection, testing and related tasks;

5. Support the necessary quality problem investigation which needs the measurement and testing;

6. Support other required tasks from quality department.

Job Requirements:

1. College
or above degree;

2. Familiar with the operation of necessary measurement tools;

3. With more than 2 years lab or warranty working experience regarding the field parts handling, automotive industry will be plus;

4. Good English, with basic oral communication.

岗位职责：

1. 质量部售后市场的客户响应和处理；

2. 公司共享盘的售后市场相关数据维护和报告；

3. 售后件的相关检测和验证，并推动相关部门进行原因调查和措施整改；

4. 完成实验室必要的检验和测试任务；

5. 必要的质量问题分析等所需的测量和测试；

6. 质量部其他必要的支持工作。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 能熟练使用常规的测量设备；

3. 具备实验室工作或售后件处理2年以上相关经验,汽车行业优先；

4. 英语良好，能进行基本的口语沟通。
