任职要求 Job Requirements:

高/职/中专以上学历,机械或模具专业。

Have high school education or above.

三年以上机械设备/模具维修或钳工经验。

Has three year maintenance experience on manufacture field.

吃苦耐劳，并乐于学习新技术。

Willing to work hard and learn hard.

有大型注塑模具维修经验者优先。

Having the molding repair experience will be preferential.

有电焊证，电工证优先。

Having the welding certificate and electrical certificate will be preferential.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1，学习并完成如大型注塑机，液压系统，注塑模具，激光切割，超声波焊接，缝纫等生产设备的应急维修工作。

Learn and finish the urgent repairing job for different equipments such as injection machines/injection molding/ hydraulic pump/laser cut/ultrasonic welder/sewing machine and so on.

2，完成各类电动气动工具/工装夹具/行车/发电机/以及各类公用设施的日常维修和制作工作。

Finish the repairing and making job for hand tools/tooling/travelling crane/ alternator and different utility system.

3．按PM 要求，完成日常设备预防保养工作，监控生产区域操作工完成TPM工作

Finish daily TPM and equipment maintain and monitor operators to finish TPM correctly.

4．完成设备主管安排的其他相关工作。

Finish the assigned work according the order of team leader.

5．会同生产和工艺部门，完成产线换型，持续改进等工作。

Work with production team and process team to finish the change over and continute improvement.

6. 严格遵守法律、法规和公司规章制度，按照TS16949体系以及ISO14001环境管理体系执行。

Obey the law, rules and other requirement of company. Execute basing on the requirement of TS16949 quality system and ISO14001 environment system.
