SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 具体职责

1、设计和建立公司战略制定的体系和流程；

2、协助公司高层定期制定和回顾公司业务组合和战略定位；

3、组织制定公司中长期战略规划（含中长期财务规划）；

4、组织制定企业年度经营计划；

5、业务运营监控体系搭建、管理与执行；

6、组织月度、季度、半年度和年度业务运营回顾与调整。

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 教育及工作经验

1、企业管理或相关专业本科以上学历；

2、五年以上企业规划、财务或咨询工作经验。
