职位描述
岗位职责：监督学生的课下英语学习，了解学生学业需求并反馈给任课老师，了解学生的潜在需求并协助课程规划师进行二次销售。
入职要求：文科学士学位。女性优先。通过英专业4级或同等水平考试并具有英语辅导经验。英语发音准确，在词汇和语法方面较强。有很好的服务意识和责任心。愿意接受轮班。

We provide all necessary insurances requested by the State Labor Bureau.
保险：
我们提供国家劳动局要求的一切必要保险。
Off-time & Vacation:
Each employee has 2 days off each week (NOT necessarily on weekends due to the nature of training industry, may be FLEXIBLE) , and enjoys equal days of vacation as designated by the government (NOT necessarily identical to national holidays, may be FLEXIBLE).
节日及休假：
实行5天工作制（因为培训业自身特点，休息日不一定在周末而是安排弹性轮休），享受政府规定的带薪假期（不一定和国家公众假期重叠，而是安排弹性轮休）。
